The TimeStation phone app is our time-keeping software system for Mallard Group's remote field employees. If you are struggling to use it, there are some easy solutions. Please read the suggestions below.

FAQs

  • What should I do if I missed a punch? 

    • Don't panic. Missed punches are an easy fix. Simply texting your team lead, project coordinator, or project manager about this will be sufficient. There is no need to make a midnight phone call over this. We'll get it fixed! Thanks!

  • How do I see my week's total hours on the app?

    • The truth is, you won't be able to see your punches and hours on the app. You can only see your week's hours by logging into the TimeStation website given here (below).

    • If you log in to the site and still can't see your hours and punches, contact your project manager because your permission settings might be a little off. Be patient. We'll get it fixed!

  • How do I set / reset my TimeStation password?

  • Why isn't my PIN working?

    •  Your PIN will either be the last 4 digits of your phone number, or the last 4 digits of your social security number. This all depends on the person who created your account for you.  Try both!

  • Which app should I download on to my phone? 

    • Look above next to the title, "TimeStation Help." That is the official logo/icon of the app. In your app store, download that one.​

 

Suggestions!

  • Do not use the TimeStation website to clock-in and out. Instead, download the phone app, and only use it.

  • Ask a coworker for help. They will be able to help!

  • If a coworker can't help you, ask your project manager to help. Managers are able to login to TimeStation and tell you what your PIN is.

Employee H.R. Portal

We partnered with Oasis PEO to provide Mallard Group with many HR-related services and functions such as payroll.

If you were hired prior to March 2020, you might not have ever realized you have access to this employee portal, but it's there for you!  And if you were hired after March 2020, you most likely already registered an account with Oasis to complete your on-boarding paperwork.

Common Uses for Oasis Employee Portal:

  • View your Pay Stubs

  • Update employee information such as a new address

  • Update W4 Tax Form

  • Update Direct Deposit information

  • And much more!

Smartsheet Schedules

We often build important schedules and spreadsheets to share with our field crew employees. We recommend downloading the Smartsheet app. The logo is shown above so you will know which app to choose in your app store. 

FAQs

  • Does someone create a Smartsheet account for me ?

    • No, you will have to create your own username and password for a Smartsheet account. However, your PM will share the link to a specific Smartsheet via email.  

  • What if I have the app and an account already, but I can't find the Smartsheet supposedly shared with me?

    •  Your boss isn't perfect so he/she might not have actually shared it with you. Provide your project manager with your email and ask them to double-check to see that it was shared already.

Prayer Requests

Mallard Group is a proud Christianity-based, family company. The company even has a chaplain, Pastor Sonny Conatser. If you ever feel like a prayer is needed for any reason, or for any person in your life including yourself, then fill out our prayer request form below. We will have someone pray over your prayer request. We believe in the power or prayer.
